SHIPPING

PHNTM is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has been shipped from the warehouse.

Domestic Shipping

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use the provided tracking number.

We cannot guarantee domestic delivery dates. However, deliveries on regular orders (pre orders will not be sent until drop date of the pre ordered piece) typically take:

  • UK delivery: 2-5 business days.

  • International delivery: 7-10 business days.

International delivery will be charged at extended rates.

Order Cancellations

Cancelling an order is only possible if your order has not reaches the packing or shipment phase. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support at phntm.clo@gmail.com.

You will be notified when your order is cancelled. Please allow 8-10 business days for a refund to appear back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.

Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items cannot be edited.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

At this moment, we do not offer refunds, nor do we allow returns. PHNTM reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information and item selection are correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. Thank you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at phntm.clo@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

FAQ’s AND INFORMATION

Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We reserve the right to require additional identification verification for international or suspicious orders in efforts to prevent credit card fraud.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
